This is Our Daily Beer, the table beer at the monastic houses in Marblehead. Very light. Hoppy without being overwhelming. And at 4% it’s largely for nourishment and hydration. It has notes of pine, exceptionally drinkable, hopped once in the kettle and dry hopped twice in the fermentation tanks.
